I liked it. I enjoyed it, and was entertained. The end.

Oh wait you want more? Ok. Some of the first comics I ever read were Spider-Man comics. I bought them for years amassing a large collection. I watched every Spider-Man movie in the theatre. Some of them more than once. This movie did not disappoint. It had heart, it asked good questions. It respected the previous movies without requiring you to watch the whole Marvel Cinematic Universe. The crowd in my theatre were big Spider-Fans; they cheered, gasped and clapped at all the appropriate times.

The cast gave excellent performances, Tom Holland had a lot to do, and he did not disappoint. Kudos to all involved.

Was there anything I did not like? Nothing specific to this film. For the Spider-Man franchise as a whole they have made Spider-Man so durable and able to survive so much punishment that it feels odd. This film at least showed a very beat up Spider-Man.

I liked it. I enjoyed it, and was entertained. Peace.
